Responsibilities:Supervise all store activities and personnel, including hiring, scheduling, and training of staffMonitor sales performance and ensure compliance with company policiesAnalyze daily reports to identify areas needing improvementDevelop strategies to maximize sales growth and profit marginsOversee merchandising materials, displays, and inventory levelsHandle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional mannerExcellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skillsDisplays a high degree of integrity and trustworthinessFamiliar with store operations such as product stocking, customer service, and inventory managementDemonstrates exemplary customer relations expertise
