Job Description/RequirementsJob SummaryWe are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Dangote Sugar Refinery Plc as a Social Performance Manager.The role involves evaluating and addressing Social Risks associated with DSR Operations, developing a suitable Social Performance Management System to align with DSR Corporate Objectives.The role also includes strategizing and executing protocols within our Core Operations to mitigate foreseeable social risks connected to our business activities and prevent any resulting impacts as necessary.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
A degree or its equivalent in Social Performance, Social Sciences, Sustainability , Public Relations, or related field. Professional certification in Public / Community Relations
