Our client, an innovative e-commerce retail brand, is seeking a skilled and proactive Shopify Backend & System Operator to manage website operations, enhance online engagement, and ensure product synergy across categories.Job Summary:This role requires a Shopify expert responsible for managing backend operations, uploading and organizing products, and driving online customer engagement. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, creative in product bundling, and able to work independently within a fast-paced retail environment.Key Responsibilities:Manage and update Shopify backend, including inventory and product uploads.Recommend and group complementary products for upselling and bundling.Monitor site performance and customer engagement metrics.Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement online strategies.Ensure smooth daily website operations and troubleshoot backend issues.

Education
Proven experience using Shopify (backend operations).Knowledge of e-commerce engagement strategies.Ability to curate product pairings and enhance customer journey.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Must be available to work MondaySaturday, 10:00 AM 6:00 PM.
