Job SummaryAs Sales Training mananger you are responsible for developing, implementing, managing and conducting sales training sessions. Their main goal is to improve sales staff selling skill and drive better sales processes and outcomesResponsibilities:· Plan, implement and manage sales training workshops· Identify staff with training needs, strengths and weaknesses· Identify needs for sales skills improvement· Organize, monitor and conduct every sales training program for the company· Monitor employee attendance and progress· Track trainees' work· Set up and monitor training budget
