LOCATION: IKEJAResponsibilitiesCold Calling in designated coverage cluster of Home EstatesGenerate Leads and Manage Funnel of Hot/Warm/Cold calls for SalesSend daily report and updates as required by ASM/FBB HeadConduct Sales Meetings with Clients at their premises/homesFollow up with leads on daily basis for sales generationSales Officer-Fixed Line requires many soft skills with an understanding of technical aspects.Liaise with Customer care team to help customers in recharging and resolution of complaints as part of customer retention and life cycle management.Develop, build, and manage a client base for references and repeat salesHandle the sales process at each stage from prospecting to product description to CAF sign up with payment collection and finally installation of broadband connection at customerpremisesMeet and build relations with Facility Managers in Estates for marketing activities leading to Residential Sales initiatives

Education
Self-Motivated and Self StarterAbility to communicate effectively and handle customer queries
Experience
2-3 years of relevant sales experienceDirect sales experience from Telecom/ISP only.
