Job description
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 20-30 manpower, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluation.Coordinate production schedules to meet targets and deadlines while maintaining quality and safety standards.To identify process inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall productivityCollaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze production data, identify bottlenecks, and implement effective solutions.Monitor and optimize resource allocation, equipment, and labor, to maximize efficiency.Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards, promoting a culture of workplace safety and hygiene.Develop and maintain production reports, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Foster a positive working environment that encourages teamwork, innovation, and professional development.Communicate effectively with senior management to provide updates on production status, challenges, and improvement initiatives.

Education
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Any other field
Experience
Experience: Overall 8-10 Years , min 5 years experience as assistant manager/section head in production/manufacturing
