We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to oversee day-to-day printing press operations and ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality production output. The ideal candidate will manage workflows, staff, schedules, and resources while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and coordinate print jobs across all production unitsSupervise and lead production staff, including shift planning and performance managementEnsure product quality and promptly address defects or production issuesOptimize use of materials, machinery, and production costsEnforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with industry standards

Education
Minimum of 35 years experience in a production supervisory or managerial role within a printing pressStrong knowledge of printing processes, equipment, and workflow managementExcellent leadership, planning, and communication skills
