Full job descriptionThe Operations & Logistics Coordinator ensures smooth backend operations, managing order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics to support sales and customer satisfaction.RequirementsResponsibilities: Oversee order fulfillment, shipping, and returnEnsure timely deliveries and resolve logistics issues.Manage inventory tracking and warehouse/store organization.Work with the E-Commerce & Client Relations teams to provide order updates.Operational Strategy & Process Improvement: Oversee the daily operations to ensure efficiency, optimize workflows, and implement process improvements aligned with business goalsTeam Leadership: Lead and motivate the current team (Office Assistant,Design and Production,Associate, and Brand Assistant) while collaborating with external partners such as our Visual Director/Cinematographer.Reporting & Performance Metrics: Generate regular reports on key operational metrics and make data-driven recommendation.Inventory and Supply Chain Management: Ensure that all inventory levels are maintained efficiently and that product deliveries are timely.
