Duties & ResponsibilitiesServe as a change agent to help the company achieve its operational excellence goalsWork with senior management to develop and implement an operational excellence strategy that is aligned with the company’s business objectivesLead and manage process improvement initiatives using lean and six sigma methodologiesConduct process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for improvementDevelop and track KPIs to measure progress and success of operational excellence initiativesTrain and coach employees on lean and six sigma principles and toolsFacilitate kaizen events and other collaborative problem-solving sessionsManage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion within budgetPrepare reports and presentations for upper management on the status of operational excellence initiatives
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Engineering (Industrial or Production Engineering)
Experience
5+ years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or similar role
