At Dangote Cement Plc, we are seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as the Manager of Quality Assurance and Quality Control. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the quality of our products and processes, as well as implementing quality control measures. Responsibilities: Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.Monitor and evaluate all aspects of production and operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.Lead and manage a team of quality control professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the achievement of quality goals.Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess product quality and adherence to quality control standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives.Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to incorporate best practices into quality assurance and quality control processes.
