Job Summary Job Description/RequirementsThe Dangote Group, one of Nigeria's most diversified manufacturing conglomerates, is seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Manager, Mines in Gboko, Benue State.As the Manager, Mines, you will be responsible for supporting the mining operations. This includes managing the extraction, processing, and transportation of raw materials required for cement production. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the steady supply of materials to meet production demands and maintain the Group's market leadership in the cement industry.
Responsibilities & skills
Strong knowledge of mining practices, including extraction techniques, equipment, and safety protocols. Proven leadership abilities, with the ability to manage and motivate a team. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure
Education
Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 12 years experience in mining operations, preferably in the cement industry.
