Job Description/RequirementsThe Dangote Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager, HEMM for their Cement Industry in Gboko, Benue State. The Manager, HEMM will play a key role in the cement manufacturing operations in Gboko, ensuring the efficient and effective use of Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM). Working closely with the production team, the manager will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of HEMM equipment, optimizing utilization, and minimizing downtime. Additionally, the manager will contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve operational efficiency, safety, and productivity.

Education
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) in the construction or manufacturing industry.
