Job DescriptionFacilitating the renewal process for all insurance policies.Managing the registration and acknowledgment of claims in the dedicated claim register.Initiating the claim process by opening claim files and generating unique claim reference numbers.Timely appointment of loss adjusters for claim investigations and diligently following up to expedite the submission of adjustment reports to our insurer.Ensuring the swift receipt of offer letters for claims.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Qualifications include but not limited to: B.Sc / HND Insurance / Actual Science or Allied Discipline.
Experience
4 - 5 years of work experience.Membership of Insurance Bodies will be a clear advantage
