We are seeking a highly competent and experienced Head of Operations to lead and oversee all core operational functions within a banking environment. The ideal candidate will manage critical service areas including tellering, cash operations, funds transfer, treasury operations, and customer service—ensuring seamless service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily banking operations including:TelleringCash ManagementFunds TransferTreasury OperationsCustomer ServiceLead the operations team to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to banking regulations and internal policiesDrive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and risk managementEnsure top-tier service delivery and customer satisfaction across all service touchpointsCoordinate with internal departments to support business goals and regulatory requirementsTrain, coach, and evaluate team members for performance and compliance.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years’ experience in banking operations
