Job SummaryWe are looking for a Head, HSSE (Health, Safety, Social, Environment) to develop, implement, and continuously evaluate the efficiencies of the Dangote Cement Plc HSSE strategies, policies, projects and programs.Job ResponsibilitiesLead the Corporate HSSE function and team.Provide strategic guidance and general oversight to ensure corporate compliance with statutory HSSE laws, and corporate regulations.Drive safety innovation across multiple locationsDevelop and lead the HSSE Management System for the CompanyDefine corporate HSSE objectives annually.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Managing, Project Management or related field of study.Minimum experience of 25 years in leading HSSE teams in multifaceted, high-risk organisations.
