Fixed Income & Capital Markets Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of fixed income instruments, pricing, liquidity, and market dynamics, with the ability to originate, structure, and distribute fixed income products to institutional and high-net-worth clients.The role involves active market participation, client advisory, and revenue generation across government and corporate fixed income instruments.Candidates must be SEC Sponsored Individuals or eligible and willing to obtain sponsorship immediately.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and trade FGN Bonds, T-Bills, OMO, and corporate debt instrumentsProvide market intelligence, pricing insights, and yield curve analysisExecute secondary market transactions and manage counterpartiesOriginate and distribute fixed income products to institutional and HNI clientsAdvise clients on portfolio strategy, duration, and yield optimisationSupport primary market issuances, auctions, and placementsDevelop market updates, investment notes, and client presentationsEnsure full compliance with SEC, NSE, and FMDQ regulationsRequirements7–10 years’ experience in Nigerian fixed income marketsBackground in banking, dealing desks, asset management, or capital marketsStrong understanding of pricing, liquidity, and market structureProven experience in client coverage and product distributionStrong regulatory knowledge (SEC/FMDQ/NSE)Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsSEC Sponsored Individual (or eligible for sponsorship)
