You will be pivotal in driving engineering excellence, ensuring compliance with financial standards, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment. You'll balance technical execution with people leadership, mentoring your team, shaping architecture, and ensuring projects are delivered with quality and speed.

Education
Own the end-to-end delivery of projectsfrom design and development to deployment and monitoring.Ensure uptime, fault tolerance, and operational excellence for mission-critical financial systems.Balance short-term delivery priorities with long-term technical sustainability.Proactively identify risks (security, compliance, scalability) and implement mitigation strategies.
