Electrical Instrumentation And Control Design Engineer
Job description
Primary Roles and Responsibilities:· Must have knowledge of the Instrumentation and control including Fire and Gas and Telecoms discipline scope/cost/time requirements, and assists the team to meet expectations.· Implement innovative solutions, technology advances, and methods to effectively deal with working out of sequence.· Perform design and drafting assignments on projects that meet project requirements on time and within budget.· Gather data from multiple sources and prepares design drawings, schedules, Bill of Quantities, 3D models, EDMS and Material take-offs.· Assists with recommendations and helps create final documentation.· Understands design deliverables required for all project phases, and their various purposes.· Work in PDMS creating instruments, cable tray routing, locating junction boxes, remote I/O cabinets, and lighting.
Responsibilities & skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision. Highly organized and self-motivated.
Education
Excellent problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication.
