Job Description/RequirementsAre you an experienced leader in the Heavy Earth Moving Machinery (HEMM) industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Deputy General Manager (DGM) in the HEMM division of our Cement Industry at Dangote Group.As the DGM, you will play a crucial role in the overall management and operations of the HEMM department. Your friendly, approachable attitude will contribute to a positive work environment and effective collaboration within the team.
Responsibilities & skills
In-depth experience in project management and project planning. Ability to manage a diverse team effectively, and function as a collaborative team player. In-depth knowledge of the Cement Industry will be an added advantage Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
Education
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or its equivalent. Understanding of HEMM technology and best practices for their maintenance and repair. Knowledge of safety standards and measures in relation to HEMM operations
