Key Responsibilities:Oversee the maintenance and repair activities of CNG equipment.Develop and implement maintenance strategies and procedures to maximize equipment performance and lifespan.Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective initiatives.Ensure compliance with safety regulations and enforce good practices within the maintenance team.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and generate reports on equipment performance.Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of spare parts and materials.Coach and mentor maintenance technicians to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in CNG maintenance technology.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
HND/Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 18 years of cognate experience with proven working knowledge of CNG vehicle maintenance and at least 8 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
