Job description
We are seeking dedicated production officers to support our client’s candy, chocolate, and pastry operations. The role involves preparing ingredients, operating equipment, ensuring product quality, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare ingredients and accurately follow recipes for candy, chocolate, and pastry products.Operate, monitor, and clean production equipment safely.Assist in packaging, labelling, and organizing finished products.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the production area at all times.Adhere to hygiene, food safety, and workplace safety regulations.Support the production manager in achieving daily targets.Identify and promptly report issues with equipment, ingredients, or processes.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.Ability to follow instructions, work effectively in a team, and ensure consistency in production.Strong attention to detail with a focus on product quality.
