Must be able to Supervise department staff of 300+ employees.Exposure to audits accepted by GFSI like… BRCGS, FSSC -22000,SQF,IFS & Global GAP.Responsible for carrying out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws.B.A. or B.S. Degree from a four-year college or university, preferably in Food Science and Technology and 5 years up to and including 7 years of food product or process supervision and development or related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
