We are seeking a skilled and experienced Assistant Manager – Electrical to join our Plant & Utility team within a reputable FMCG manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate must possess deep technical knowledge in electrical operations and maintenance, with hands-on experience in managing substation equipment, troubleshooting engines, and optimizing plant utility systems.With a strong foundation in electrical engineering and significant exposure to the manufacturing industry, the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of electrical equipment and systems essential for plant operations. This role demands a proactive professional capable of leading and executing electrical maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and enhance productivity.Key Responsibilities:Lead daily shift operations related to substations and field electrical systems.Troubleshoot and maintain Wartsila engine electrical & instrumentation (E&I) systems.Operate and maintain Transformers, Vacuum Circuit Breakers (VCB), and Air Circuit Breakers (ACB).Apply basic electrical engineering principles in plant operations.Maintain and troubleshoot Direct-On-Line (DOL), Star Delta starters, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFD).
