Job Summary: We seek a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (ASM) to oversee and expand our FMCG sales operations in [Region/Area]. The ASM will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing a team of sales representatives, developing strong relationships with distributors and retailers, and driving market penetration strategies.Responsibilities:·Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets and market share objectives.· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Representatives, ensuring high performance and motivation.·Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.·Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail partners.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, business administration, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years sales of Spice in the FMCG Industry.Strong sales and negotiation skills.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
