Account Officer, Inventory Discipline
Job description
Key Duties and Responsibilities:Monitor inventory levels, ensure accuracy and adequacy of stock.Implement efficient inventory control procedures to optimize stock levels and minimize carrying stock.Record all inventory movements, purchases and adjustments accurately.Prepare and analyze inventory report, detailing stock levels, usage and discrepancies.Perform regular reconciliation of inventory accounts to ensure accuracy.Maintain proper documentation and records related to inventory transactions and adjustments.Organize and coordinate periodic
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelors degree or its equivalent in Accounting or related discipline.
Experience
Minimum of 3 9 years of relevant work experience.
