Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced 3D Printing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate must have solid expertise in 3D printing, particularly in SLA (Stereolithography) technology, and prior experience with Formlabs printers and tools is a major advantage. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining 3D printing equipment, preparing models, and ensuring the highest quality output for custom prints and product development.Key Responsibilities:3D Printing Operations:Operate and manage SLA 3D printers (preferably Formlabs).Prepare 3D models for printing using slicing software and support generation tools.Ensure accurate calibration, post-processing, and finishing of printed items.Design and Model Preparation:Collaborate with the design team to optimize 3D models for printing.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
A degree or technical certification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D printing, specifically SLA technology.Strong knowledge of Formlabs printers (Form 2, Form 3, etc.) and PreForm software is a big plus.Familiarity with 3D design software (e.g., Fusion 360, SolidWorks, Rhino, or Blender).
