You will work closely with and coach business leaders to determine staffing strategies in order to identify, attract, screen, and recruit top candidates for a Fortune 100 company. You will apply your staffing proficiency to drive established standards and implement improvements.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Experience using an ATS.Fluent English both written and spoken.Experience working in a matrix international organization.
Experience
Minimum 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably combined with In-House Corporate &Agency experience.Previous hands-on recruitment experience and understanding of a complex recruitment process.Ability to partner with and influence multiple stakeholders in order to achieve business goals.
