Functional ResponsibilitySupport daily operational.Elevate incident ticket and trigger the management escalation within stated guidelines.Ensuring assigned task is effectively executed in timely manner.Liaising and partnering with other support team (internal team) to ensure seamless integration of IT service support and operation. Role ResponsibilityMake sure smooth running of daily operation.Provide IT operational support and guidance to user.Work in compliance with company policies and standard operation procedures.

Execute deployment and setup of equipment.Undertake to provide resolutions and/or workaround solutions to desktop operational requests in a timely manner.Make sure ticket assigned are follow up and service/problem resolved within SLA.
