Job DescriptionOverall ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will be responsible for overall ownership of onboarding, right sizing, volume forecasting for all LOBS.The Manager will coordinate with multiple internal & external stakeholders to drive through innovation aimed at enhancing the passenger’s journey and product experience. DutiesEnd to end management of Product Innovation initiatives to enhance the guests’ physical journey.Collaborate with the Insights & Business Intelligence team to understand consumer pain points and monitor overall consumer sentiment.Work closely with the Project Team to monitor, develop, track, executive and complete the project on time for all LOBs involved.Quarterly KPI compliant monitoring and discussion with Business Partner/Client ManagementResponsible for onboarding checklist for new LOBs and renewal of contract liaison with Client Management team.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Prior project management experience - preferably at large scale/multinational business.PMP qualification is highly preferred.Demonstrated knowledge of agile project management.
Experience
Experience with design & use of project plans and reporting.Exceptional interpersonal skills to develop relationships with key business stakeholders.
