The People Services Specialist will oversee the expatriate management program, ensuring seamless relocation and integration for international employees. This role includes coordinating visa and work permit applications, managing relocation logistics, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Additionally, the role involves developing policies and procedures to enhance the expatriate experience and streamline the management process.
Responsibilities & skills
Education
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, or any other disciplines
Experience
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experienceMeticulous, analytical, organised and structured
