Full job descriptionJob Scope:Plans, directs, administers and supervises activities for medical patients. Reports to the Medical Director on matters relating to the operation of the patient care division and maintain contact with the Head of Department.Job Responsibilities:Diagnosis and treatment of patients referred to department and responsible to run his/her own clinic.Receives referrals and consultations from other disciplines, according to his/her specialty.Responsible to investigates, diagnoses and treats medically and/or surgically all patients referred to him /her with conditions problems appropriate to his specialty and will determine the need for clinical investigations and physiological testing appropriate to making his diagnosis, and will undertake the management of the patient's condition, with appropriate follow up.
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Command over professional code of ethics, medical bylaws.Knowledge of evidence based Age specific/ Population specific patient care clinical guidelines accepted by the hospital.
Experience
Minimum 3 years post Phd /Fellowship/Membership experience in relevant specialty
