Job Description: Fulfil a Company technical consulting position, which supports all Company in the safe operation of existing facilities and the safe design of new projects;Development and implementation of best practices for the PSM and Risk Management discipline. It also includes providing technical guidance and assistance to evaluate technical quality issues and identify technical improvement, quality assurance of deliverables and implementing cost benefit improvements for the discipline;Define and develop Process Safety guides and templates that can be leveraged globally for such things as Failure Mode and Effect Analysis(FMEA) , Fault Tree Analysis(FTA), Major Accident and Risk Analysis(MAR), Worst Case Scenarios, Layers of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Hazard and Operability Analysis(HAZOP)studies, Bowtie, what if and checklist, Event Tree Analysis (ETA), Safety Integrity Level (SIL) and Hazard Identification (HAZID);
