Job Description
Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Cerner Analyst to join our IT Applications team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working across multiple Cerner modules, with a strong understanding of both clinical and operational workflows. This role involves system support, configuration, testing, and optimization of various Cerner solutions in collaboration with clinical and business stakeholders.Main Responsibilities:Ø Provide design, configuration, and optimization of solutions within Cerner Millennium to effectively support and enhance clinical and operational workflows.Ø Collaborate with clinical and operational departments (physician, emergency, nursing, materials management) to understand workflow needs and implement system solutions accordingly.Ø Develop and maintain reports and queries (CCL and PI Reports).Ø Develop, enhance, and maintain CCL programs, Discern Rules, and PowerForms, ensuring alignment with hospital policies and regulatory requirements.Ø Participate in system upgrades, enhancements, and integration projects.Ø Support testing efforts, including test script creation, execution, and validation of changes in CERT and PROD environments.Ø Work with HIM, nursing, and physician teams to ensure documentation workflows are efficient and compliant.Ø Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical, operational, IT, and external vendors) to gather requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
