Education
Develop and administer pre- and post-training assessments to measure learning outcomes and training effectiveness.Conduct pre- and post-training evaluations to measure participant engagement, learning outcomes, and overall program effectiveness.Analyze training feedback and provide reports and assist the Sr. L&D Manager to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve future training.
