Job DescriptionManaging wireless RAN/Core R&D Lab serving 3 timezones based developersManage the team of technicians and LAB engineers for planned deliveries and incident managementManaging the Day-to-Day opération of the LAB ensuring that all lab equipments and tools are running and stablePlanning the installation, (re-)configuration, and maintenance of the lab Systems and ToolsEnsuring compliance & improvements of all defined/agreed processes and safety, security standards and KPIsPrepare the documents and template for LAB processes, commissioning. RCA for failures for future improvementsCommunication of planned/unplanned outage to the lab stakeholdersManaging Project Backlog, scheduling, access control, support to application teams, Inventory management, Incidence.

Managing the senior stake holdersManaging stakeholders, both internal and externalConducting daily, weekly, and monthly meetings
Education
Managing lab support team in terms of allocating the task to lab support team based on the tickets raised by lab users
