The department head office is based at Quorn House, near Loughborough, however we can offer a range of office locations throughout the UK and we offer a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be able to work within a team and under own initiative working remotely.We’re working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds.Role ResponsibilityIn the role of Property Estates Surveyor you will be responsible for a number of tasks including:Overseeing day to day estate management matters on freehold and leasehold industrial and commercial propertyNegotiating lease renewals and rent reviews with landlords and their agents to achieve the best possible returnOptimising rental income generated by Tarmac’s Land PortfolioBudgeting, forecasting and approving property related costs including rent, rates, service charges and maintenance.Instructing and managing external consultants and agents
