We are currently looking for an Estate Manager to join our Land and Natural Resources Team. We can offer a range of office locations throughout the UK and we offer a hybrid working model. The successful candidate will be able to work within a team and under their own initiative working remotely.Main ResponsibilitiesIn the role of Estate Manager you will be responsible for a number of tasks including:Day to day estate management matters on freehold and leasehold industrial and commercial propertyNegotiating lease renewals and rent reviews with landlords and their agents to achieve the best possible returnOptimising rental income opportunities generated through Tarmac’s land portfolioBudgeting, forecasting and approving property related expenditure including rents and maintenance costsInstructing and managing external consultants and agents
Responsibilities + Skills
Education
Industrial and commercial property ownership and occupation in the UK, including landlord and tenant legislationIndustrial and commercial property market agency in the UKSkilled negotiation of rent reviews, lease renewals and general estate management mattersStrategic and innovative thinking and decision makingMineral and renewable energy related property experience is of interest, but not essential
