Mentor and guide teams, providing expert advice on delivery.Balance best practices with Tescos priorities to find optimal solutions.Anticipate risks, manage escalations, and improve delivery methodologies.
Education
Lead complex, high-stakes programmes crucial to Tescos success.Shape and define projects with ambiguous scopes.Develop and track plans to achieve programme goals, keeping everyone informed.Perform project budget/financial and resource management.
