We are currently looking for an Internal Sales Coordinator to join our amazing team based out of Tarmac Taffs Well Concrete Plant, Cardiff. This role is easily accessible from Cardiff, Tredegar, Merthyr Tydfil, Newport, Bridgend, Barry, Port Talbot, Caerphilly, Pontypridd, Coleford, Ross-on-Wye and the surrounding areasWe are working hard to create a dynamic and inclusive environment and it’s important that our people come from a variety of different backgrounds, therefore prior technical experience isn’t always necessary for success.Role ResponsibilityReporting directly to the Customer Service Supervisor the role of Internal Sales Coordinator will provide a high level of customer service and engagement with stakeholders at all levels. The Internal Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for:Inbound and outbound telephone calls with our customersRaising quotations for ready-mixed concrete materials and negotiating prices with customersDelivery of high levels of customer serviceMeeting performance targets and working to a defined set of KPI's for sales, value added products and telephone callsWorking collaboratively to ensure the success of the team delivering a one team approachThe Ideal Candidate
