Responsibilities & skills
At least 3+ years of demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating sales training programs, along with excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.Skilled in coaching both individual contributors and leaders to improve performance, with the ability to motivate and influence individuals at all levels of the organization.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, Communications, or related field preferred.At least 3 years of proven experience in a sales coaching, training, or sales leadership role.
