Responsibilities & skills
Education
High School diploma or GED.Minimum 2 years of Customer service/sales/telesales experienceFluent English required. Fluency in French required if Bilingual in both languages.Satisfactory background check.Basic Microsoft Windows skills.Solid computer/internet/keyboarding skills. Ability to accurately type minimum 30 wpm.Strong work ethic with proven dependability.Ability to quickly learn new applications and processes.
