The Student Recruitment unit oversees the support and guidance of prospective students for our undergraduate admission pathways, over the recruitment lifecycle. Our goal is to create a positive applicant experience from application through to admission, and this requires us to be student-focused in our approach. We are also a highly integrated unit as we work quite closely with our other undergraduate units including our Admissions and Enrollment, Academic Advising and Student Engagement teams.About the RoleThe Manager, Student Recruitment, develops and manages short-range recruitment plans to achieve semesterly and yearly enrollment targets and enhance the prospective student lifecycle experience. The position provides day to day management of the Beedie School of Business' Undergraduate recruitment lifecycle, inclusive of the attraction, conversion and transition of undergraduate students (international and domestic, across all admissions pathways). The Manager fosters key relationships and leads the implementation of strategies that build and maintain strong relationships and engagement with the external community and stakeholders who are essential to actualizing recruitment strategies and plans. The Manager is also responsible for managing the Surrey Campus Recruitment and Academic Advising team, overseeing and managing the delivery of admissions, academic advising, and transition services, in addition to providing facilities management at the Surrey Campus for the Beedie School of Business.
