Job description
Summary :Coordinates the activities of evening shifts with Metro policies in order to maximize efficiency and prepare for the next day's business loan.Tasks :Plans and coordinates the activities of a team of grocery clerks (IN ALL DEPARTMENTS) according to the objectives established by the managerSupervises employees of other departments (ex: bakery, meat, produce, etc.) and ensures the execution of all store closing standards.Ensures that the store is ready to receive customers with regard to the quantity of goods, product labeling, rotation of perishable goods and orders for missing products.Ensures compliance with the marketing planograms.Provides the Department Manager or Store Manager with a daily report on evening operations.Ensures compliance with company policies (reception, security, consumption of goods, breakage of goods, handling of goods, etc.) and standards of hygiene, sanitation, health and safety at work.

Prepare, arrange and place the different products in shelves.Apply marketing standards (product rotation, monitoring of expiration dates, packaging as needed, etc.).Respond to customer needs and requests with efficiency and courtesy.Maintenance tasks of the back-market and the rows of the department.Collaborates in maintaining the store's customer service.Any other related task requested by his immediate supervisor.
