This position requires proficiency in a language other than French to interact, support and/or provide services to non-French speaking customers, employees and/or partners inside and/or outside the province of Quebec. Responsibilities + Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.High school diploma or equivalent work experience.Bilingualism French/English Required.
Education
Working knowledge of Personal and Small Business Banking Products.Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and proactively establish personal connections.Contact Center & Banking Experience (Preferred)Organization skills.
