Guests can enjoy a variety of water sports activities, the resort’s five pools, and book treatments at Jumeirah’s signature Talise Spa. About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Leader to join Food & Beverage Department in Jumeirah Gulf of Bahrain.Oversee day-to-day activities, motivate and guide the team to achieve organizational goals.Create and enforce timelines to meet targets, and delegate tasks to team members.Demonstrate compassion, honesty, and integrity in all actions to set a positive example for the team.Ensure personnel, clients, and guests are greeted and attended to professionally and discreetly.Brief staff on duties before shifts and compile duty rosters, advising on changes as needed.
