We currently have an opportunity for a Systems Manager in Canberra to work on Joint projects . What You’ll DoThis role offers a broad scope, with key role responsibilities including:Develop, maintain, and govern key sustainment artefacts — including the Functional Area Management Plan, PdS updates, configuration control, and transition documentation.Manage system performance, certification, and accreditation — overseeing engineering certification, security accreditation, and reporting against PdS KPIs.Oversee acquisition, refresh, and obsolescence activities — ensuring capability continuity and alignment with CAF16 governance requirements.Provide strategic advice and stakeholder support — advising the CAF16 IPdM and AWC staff, contributing to governance forums, and supporting program/project events.Lead risk, financial, and contract management activities — identifying and managing risks, handling budgets and invoices, and ensuring effective contract oversight.

Education
Project management capability , supporting structured delivery and coordination.Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Understanding of modern networking, computers, and operating systems , enabling effective technical decisionmaking and support.
