Job Description

We are seeking an Educational Program Manager with a passion for STEM to help implement and lead these programs. This is a full time, office based position in North Sydney, with travel required on a regular basis both locally, interstate and occasionally to NZ to support onsite delivery of programs. You will work collaboratively alongside an experienced leader of these programs but will be responsible for leading aspects of these programs in your own right. This role is to commence as soon as possible. What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this role you will:Have excellent program management skillsHigh level communication skills, in person, remote, written and presentation skillsAbility to lead training programs for partnersBe technologically savvy with an interest in innovation, STEM, and it’s role in educationBe motivated by having an impact on young people’s lives through effective and engaging education program development and deliveryHigh level organisational and administrative skillsThe ability to effectively collect, understand and strategically utilise data and feedback for program improvement
