As a PowerCurve Collections Solutions Designer, you will be instrumental in designing and showcasing PCC solutions based off agreed user stories and architecture for Westpac’s Collections Program.You will work collaboratively with key stakeholders to ensure solutions are delivered based on business requirements complying with CTO guidelines and are also subject to risk oversight.The collections program is in place to lay foundations for a single collections platform which will replace multiple collections systems across the business. This role is within the program delivery team, working closely with the various key stakeholders and assist in key deliverables as per responsibilities assigned by the Program Director or their delegate.The ideal candidate must have extensive experience across the Power Curve Collections PCC 2.4 solutions design / development / application and ideally to have experience in hardship collections.
