Our Core Engineering Talent Acquisition Team is comprised of technical sourcers and recruiters supporting volume hiring at Atlassian. The Senior Sourcer position will report to the Talent Sourcing Manager for Core Engineering in Australia.This is a remote position. To help our teams work together effectively, this role requires you to be located in Australia Responsibilities:What you'll doYou'll partner with our recruiting team to drive candidate pipeline, nurture authentic relationships with candidates, evolve and lead our volume hiring strategies and projects. We love to exchange data-driven ideas so we can hire smarter, solve recruiting challenges, and continuously improve the hiring workflow.Use innovative techniques to identify and engage talent for both our volume and under represented groups (URGs)Use a data-driven approach to inform and influence partners and candidate pipeline strategiesScreen resumes, interview candidates to decide suitability for roles and track pipeline activity to share with internal customersIdentify blockers and lead with solutions that benefit your immediate and wider teams
