How will I help?As a Senior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in Westpac achieving our vision of being one of the world’s great service companies helping our customers, communities and people to prosper and grow.The key strategic priorities in this role will include:Own and drive key aspects of the Integrated product portfolio, specifically EFTPOS Connect and Presto.Builds partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver on key growth and quality targets.Delivering product strategies with customer segment and brand strategies.Be a subject matter expert and use in-depth knowledge of acquiring products, markets and competitors to achieve agreed portfolio outcomes.Relationship Management with integration partners and terminal vendors to achieve outcome that best protects Westpac and its merchant’s interest.Monitor competitiveness of product & service propositions, trends in the market and customer demands.Work in partnership with colleagues to define and agree the “why” and the “what” of how we successfully deliver Product value propositions to the market.Creates opportunities to connect with customers indirectly to learn about their needs and perspectives on the product.Articulate product vision and act as Product Owner for the transformation squad to deliver competitive products.Develops new ways to view and assess revenue and balance sheet performance to enhance product and customer insight.Actively minimise portfolio risk through optimising end to end business models, systems, policies and regulatory changesAdhere to Westpac’s Product Governance requirements.
